RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Puppiez we are committed to excellence in what we do, and we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us and to continue to shop with us with confidence. If something is not right, we are happy to offer a return, exchange, or refund. Please consider our returns policy as set out below.

RETURNS POLICY
Puppiez may offer you a repair, exchange, or refund on most products purchased via our website within 14 days of delivery. In a situation where you have simply changed your mind, Puppiez may offer you a refund or exchange at our option provided that the product is in mint condition. In this case, please return the item(s) together with the proof of purchase (the original receipt) and a brief explanation of the problem.

PLEASE NOTE: No exchanges or refunds will be offered on sale items unless the products are flawed or damaged according to the manufacturer's warranty.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Items with manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Puppiez will examine the goods for defects and exchange them immediately if the defect is obvious. However, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Where an exchange item is not available, Puppiez will refund the cost of the goods in full.

REFUND PAYMENTS
Refunds will be given using your original payment method. For example, a refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Where a refund is to be paid, the refund will be processed as soon as possible after the items have been received and inspected by Puppiez. However, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for any refund to be credited to your account. Where Puppiez needs to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment the time stated above might be prolonged. The amount refunded will cover the cost of the item(s) purchased. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS
The cost incurred in returning goods not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will be at the customer’s expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded, or no charge will be made for the delivery to you of exchanged items if the goods are found to be defective pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty.

ITEM CONDITION
Any item returned must be in original condition. This applies also to the packaging. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return. Puppiez reserves the right to withhold any refunds if these conditions are not met. Due to health and safety reasons relating to all our clients, already opened consumables such as food, treats or care products cannot be returned. Care products include but are not limited to leather oils and dubbin, shampoos and lotions, and skin or hair care oils. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All goods leaving the Puppiez premises are properly packed to ensure safe transit. Puppiez will not accept responsibility for any goods that may be damaged during delivery. Insurance may be organized by the customer prior to the goods being dispatched by Puppiez. Please advise Puppiez, if you are intending to arrange insurance that is different from that offered at the checkout process on our website.

INSURANCE
We recommend the shipment of an item to be returned using an insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

ORDER CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled at any time prior to the goods being dispatched by Puppiez. We regret once an order has been shipped it may not be cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that the true colours of some of the products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Even though it is our aim to picture the products as close to reality as possible, there may be slight variations in colouring to what you see on the website. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.

APPLICABILITY
The present policy applies to any item sold over the Puppiez website where a return or warranty statement has not already been made on a product's individual display page.
